Den Vanliga displays tried-and-tested Baltic salmon fly colors, with dash of bright blue as contrast. Just like its name suggests, “The Usual One” is the go-to choice for Swedish salmon rivers. You can use it as a lighter choice during the day, especially in sunny weather, or in extra murky conditions when the fly needs to stand out in colored water. One of those templedog-style flies that are easy to overdress with too much material, but we are convinced our Den Vanliga has a pretty nice, lively profile!
