At times “dull” colours are a must for getting a tarpon to accept your fly – that’s when you need to switch to a Tarpon Cockroach. The slender profile makes casting a tad easier, which is a feature you’ll appreciate during a day in the mangroves with overhanging branches limiting your back casts. One of the most productive patterns for the silver king. Our Tarpon Cockroach is tied on a strong Owner Aki saltwater hook. For a similar profile and brighter colors, check out Casa Mar Special.
