Pike Jig Dirty Roach

Skitmört, or Dirty Roach, has been a trusty pattern for nordic pike anglers pretty much as long as pike has been fished for with a fly. It is a close representation of bream in its darker spawning suit, and also of the darker hue in which roach and other silvery fish often appear in the murkier bays and rivers of Scandinavia.
