Pheasant Tail Soft Hackle

Pheasant Tail Nymph can be found in every trout bum’s fly box – or at least should. Perhaps the most famous and certainly among the most productive nymphs in the world. “Close enough” to sub-surface stages of most aquatic insects to be a guaranteed choice for almost any situation whether its brown trout, rainbows, char or grayling you are going after. This lighter version with no bead is tied with lively Partridge hackle on a Daiichi 1550  hook.
