Pheasant Tail Nymph can be found in every trout bum’s fly box – or at least should. Perhaps the most famous and certainly among the most productive nymphs in the world. “Close enough” to sub-surface stages of most aquatic insects to be a guaranteed choice for almost any situation whether its brown trout, rainbows, char or grayling you are going after.
