The Pheasant Tail Bonefish fly is a classic soft hackle fly transformed into a real bonafide bonefish killer! Originally developed by Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard, this simple and highly effective pattern has become a proven choice for bonefish. Chouinard is a lifelong fly fisherman and a strong believer in keeping fly fishing simple, focusing on effective patterns rather than endless fly boxes.
