Copper John is one of the most important and effective nymphs that have been invented during the past few decades. John Barr’s simple, sleek fly sinks quickly and works as a killer stonefly or mayfly imitation. Great for trout and grayling – along with pretty much every other fish in the river! Tied on an Daiichi D1710 hook. Also available: Copper John and Copper John Rubberlegs and Copper John Black.
