For success along the Danish coastline you need to understand what the fish are feeding. This depends on which time you fish: early spring, summer or late autum. And don’t forget the exiting cold winter time.
Our guide Tim is fishing several years at the Danish coastline – open coast and the fjords. He caught several seatrouts in different situations and tested a lot over the years. We have used his experience out at the water and made a special fly selection of his favourite flies: of course everyone has seen those flies and these are not new, but the flies have the best quality for the best movement underwater and they look like real food.
Especially Gammarus and shrimps are the go-to flies for Tim all year around. This is as well the main food for the seatrouts. Baitfish imitations like the well known Magnus or sandeels are also really important during the season. Gurgler and surface flies can be good in evenings or nights in summer. Big fun with topwater action!
