Flashy Jig Fly

This flashy jig fly has been specially tuned for perch fishing. Designed by our local Finnish perch fly fishing and fly tying specialist Jari Koski as a part of a bigger perch fly lineup, so you can be sure it will work.  This flash fly is tied on a jig hook and weighted with a 5.5mm tungsten bead for a nice and fast sink rate and hook point-up ride. Tied on the Ahrex PR360 size #1 for positive hookups and durability. The fly is 11-13 cm long. The Flashy Jig fly works best on a slower retrieve and positive stops. It’s a great deep-diving option when the fish prefer a bigger meal. Be sure to also try it on your local trout. This fly pattern complements the more aggressive Baler perch fly pattern in your perch fly box very well, so be sure to add some of them also into your order.
